Fascinating story otherwise...

Hope you don't mind but I lived in Tunbridge Wells 18 years ago and loved it - so sorry I had to move to Nottinghamshire. Would you know of anyone who could help me trace Jack and Angela who owned the Hole in the Wall pub (I believe its now a burger bar)on the high street and then went to the Rose and Crown in Mayfield?
Thanks and Regards

. . . the dream for Habitat becoming something cultural is over. The former Congregational Church will continue as store. Hopefully the new tenants will have a more social attitude towards neighbours. Yeah, the building needs a heavy revamp especially the facade on York Road!

The stuff we get at the Art Gallery is realy amazing - I liked the ball too. But I'm also a favorite of the tree wrapping - a process used in some of the colder and exposed countries around the world to great effect in keeping both the frost away and making amazing sites of brightly coloured trees in the middle of winter.
LOL - I once covered a whole tree in moave chalk to a simular effect.

I happened to be in there today and was similarly impressed by the sphere of nuts and bolts (and other things).
How that museum needs a new burst of life - IF ONLY they were to move it to the Habitat site. It would need a good deal of revamping in the process, though - it is so dismal in there at the moment.
